1. Payment: Payment for our cleaning services is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that your schedule may change, and we're happy to reschedule your cleaning appointment as needed. However, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hours notice 100% of your clean is payable.
3. Liability: Our team of cleaners are experienced and professional, but accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance to protect you and your property in the unlikely event of damage or breakage that occurs during the cleaning service.
4. Access to Your Home: We require access to your home to provide cleaning services. If you won't be home during the cleaning appointment, please provide us with instructions on how to access your property, such as a key or code to your home.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with the results. If you're not happy with any aspect of the cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours of the service, and we'll do our best to make it right.
